Council 2 Coverage
Staff / Executive Board / Committee At Large: Council 2 covers 100% of hotel room and tax. Select Friday and/or Saturday nights during registration. No hotel payment is due.
President/Designee: Council 2 covers 1 night hotel. Additional nights are $204.84 each. Mileage is reimbursed for any miles over 50. A mileage reimbursement form will be provided at registration.
Members and Guests: You are responsible for your own hotel costs. Select Friday and/or Saturday nights during registration and pay with your registration, or pay the hotel by September 18th / at checkout.
Important Notes
• Parking: Overnight self-parking is $28. Pay the hotel directly — this is not collected during registration.
• Credit Card Required: The hotel requires a credit card upon check-in for incidentals.
• Cancellation: 48-hour cancellation time frame.
• Room Sharing: Available during registration.
