Council 2 Coverage for President/Designee
✓ Round Trip Mileage: Council 2 will pay for all miles driven over 50
✓ One Night Lodging: Room & tax covered at Campbell's Resort
✓ Friday Reception: Covered by Council 2
✓ Saturday Training: All training costs covered
✓ Saturday Luncheon: Hosted lunch covered
A mileage reimbursement form will be provided at registration. Please submit upon conclusion of the conference.
Additional Night Stay
Option 1: Pay the hotel directly upon departure
Option 2: Send check payable to Council 2 before September 30th
Cost: $202 + 11.3% tax = $224.83 per night
If paying by check, payment must be received before September 30th to secure the reservation.
Important Notes
• Credit Card Required: Hotel requires a credit card upon check-in for incidentals
• Substitute Designee: If unable to attend, you may designate a substitute. Council 2 will cover their expenses as outlined above.
• Additional Members: $45 per person for additional members from the same Local
• Guests: $25 per person for non-members to attend reception and/or luncheon
